The 2017-2018 lunch menu is posted under the Students tab at the top of the page.  Looks like a great year to eat in the RMS cafeteria!  

Lunch Prices / School Fees

A regular lunch is $2.85 for all students at RMS. You do have the opportunity to purchase additional items. School fees for all RMS students are $87 (this includes the $50 technology fee). Fees for 7&8th grade choir and band are $30. You can pay fees and put money on lunch accounts at open house on Monday, August 14.

RMS Open House, Homerooms, Schedule Pick-up

Open House for RMS students will take place on Monday, August 14th.  5/6th grade students and families can access the building from 5:30-6:30pm.  7/8th grade students and families can access the building from 7:00-8:00pm.  Also, 5/6th grade students can view homeroom lists posted on the RMS doors August 10th.  7th & 8th grade students can pick-up their schedules between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm on August 10th and August 11th.  

2017-2018 7th Grade Students

Ohio law requires students to have TWO additional immunizations before entering 7th grade.  Students must have a Tdap booster and a meningitis vaccine.  A record from your physician or clinic must be provided to Ross Middle School prior to the first day of school.  Students without proof of both shots will face exclusion from school as is required by the state of Ohio.  You may submit the record via email to our district nurse, Shelli Turco, it may be faxed to 513-863-0066, or mailed directly to the school.  If you have any questions, please email Mrs. Turco.

NJHS Applications

Attention current 6th and 7th graders: Are you interested in becoming an NJHS member next year?   Applications for NJHS are now available online on the Ross Middle School activities page.   Applications are due August 31st to the main office.   Please start your application soon in order to get all the requirements completed before the deadline!  All portions of the application must be complete in order to be considered.  See Ms. Dizon if you have any questions.

Art Show / Book Fair Family Night

YOU’RE INVITED....To the RMS ART SHOW! Wednesday, May 3rd  is the Annual RMS ART SHOW.  All students from grades 5-7 will have their awesome artwork on display. We will be serving up free ice cream treats, cotton candy and popcorn at this event.  That’s right FREE! With creative art all over and a treat in hand, this night couldn’t get any better - but it does! BOGO bookfair Family Night as well!  So mark your calendars and come experience a night of fun at RMS! ART SHOW and BOOKFAIR FAMILY NIGHT - WEDNESDAY MAY 3, 5-7pm. CAN’T WAIT TO SEE YOU THERE!

Athletic Physicals

Athletic Sports Physicals will be Tuesday, May 2nd starting at 2:30 pm at Ross High School. Registration will end at 4:30 pm. The cost is $10.00. Contact the RHS athletic department with questions.

Musical "Once On This Island"

RHS is proud to present the musical Once On This Island.  RHS & RMS students are included in the outstanding cast and are looking forward to putting on a great show.  Opening night is Thursday, April 6th at 7:00 pm.  Additional performances are on Friday, April 7th (7:00 pm), and Saturday, April 8th (2:00pm and 7:00 pm).  Tickets information through Ross High School.  Don't miss the show!

INCOMING 7th GRADERS

All 7th grade students are required to show proof of TWO additional vaccines.  Students must have both a Tdap booster and a Meningitis vaccine. A record from your physician or clinic must be provided to Ross Middle School prior to the first day of school. It is important that you obtain these vaccines as quickly as possible. Students without proof of both shots on file will face exclusion from school as required by law in the state of Ohio. Immunization records can be dropped off to Ross Middle School, faxed to 863-0066, or emailed to our school nurse shelli.turco@rossrams.com.
