RMS teens for Jeans

posted Mar 14, 2012, 6:29 AM by Chris Saylor
Member of The Change, a newly formed service club at Ross Middle School, joined forces with other students across the country to collect jeans for homeless teenagers.  Aeropostale and www.DoSomething.org have sponsored the Teens for Jeans Drive for several years.  After hearing that 1 in 3 homeless people in America is under the age of 18, RMS students felt the need to get involved.  Led by 6th graders Adam McCandless and Stephanie Gibson, students collected more than 250 pairs of new and gently used jeans that were donated to shelters in the greater Cincinnati area.
