Throughout our strategic planning process, we've gathered valuable input from students, staff, families, business partners, and community members about what makes Ross special and what we envision for the future of our schools.

Now, we're moving from listening to action, and we're inviting YOU to help shape the future of Ross Local Schools!

We're forming a Strategic Planning Guiding Coalition that will work alongside district leadership to turn the feedback we've gathered into our new strategic plan, including its key pillars and our Portrait of a Learner, which will define the skills, experiences, and attributes we want every Ross student to develop.

This is where your voice can make its greatest impact! Rather than simply sharing feedback, you'll help turn our community's ideas into a meaningful plan for the future.

Guiding Coalition Meeting Dates:

• Tuesday, December 8, 2026
• Thursday, January 7, 2027
• Thursday, January 21, 2027

All meetings will take place from 6:00–8:00 p.m. in the Ross High School Library. Participants are encouraged to attend all four sessions.
